Humboldt Community Services District (HCSD) is to provide
essential services to our community. With the help of 20
professional employees, HCSD takes pride in providing
quality water, sewage collection, and street lighting
services to its customers. From the customer service
department to the field crews, the District is dedicated to
providing efficient, friendly service. During emergencies
and power outages, district employees are hard at work
maintaining reliable service under difficult conditions. Personnel are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to
assist you. |
